Hello,

10 days ago i built new PC. It was all running fine. Today i decided to move one SSD drive with some files to this new PC. then i was just browsing internet and i got BSOD with IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL. Can this additional SSD cause this problém?
I read some topic about it and They say that its most likely caused by Video Card or its drivers. I am updating it now to see if that helps

Here is minidump form that BSOD.

Can someone please look at it and advise where should be problem?

Please let me know if you will need more detailed info.

Edit: i Run Furmark Memtest and also that Memory test which is in Windows 10. I tried also Driver Verifier. But no errors so far.

Thank you for your help.

can you go to C:\WINDOWS\Minidump
copy minidump to another folder
upload copy from folder to file sharing web site and show link here, I will get someone to convert dump so we can see what drivers were running at time.

So its not ram, you ran tests 1 stick at a time? how many passes?
strange verifer finds no drivers and ram works... not many other things at play with irq errors.

NTOSKRNL = windows kernel. It handles all driver requests, power management, and memory management. It sits between Hardware and Applications. It got blamed but its not the cause

other possible causes are hdd or CPU, as they also data related, and if the drivers are okay, it has to be corruption of some sort. Could also be PSU but should stick to things we cna easily test 1st.

Hello Colif,

I was searching for that minidump, but it is empty. I od not understand why, as i run only those memtests.
I did Memtest 86 with both sticks together, not one by one. I did one pass only, as it took 1,5 hour.

Is it possible that it is related to thing that i plugged in another SSD drive to same branch on PSU?
Should i run some test for CPU to eliminate it?

what are specs of PC?

If you run memtest, helps to only test 1 stick at a time, as problem with testing both is if you did get error, you can't tell which stick has problem. Should run a few more passes on each stick.

I don't think its PSU, yet... other more likely things before then.

Next BSOD, look in the folder and see if its there. Maybe set folder view to show hidden files and folders.

It was there. I have txt copy of it only.

CPU Ryzen 5 1600
MB MSI B350M Mortar
GPU MSI GTX1050TI Gaming
RAM G still ripjaws 2x8gb
PSU Seasonic focus plus 750w

LiveUpdate is saying that i have no MB drivers. Could that be issue?
