IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL Error in Windows 10

Hey everyone. So the problem is that I recently bought a new hard disk and setup windows 10 on it. Whenever I attempt to turn on the PC, I get IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL Error. Earlier it used to occur only when I turned it on from hibernate mode. But now it occurs almost all the time. I tried almost all of the fixes available online, but it did no good. I was hoping that someone could analyse the files located at C:/Windows/minidump and tell me about the exact problem. Thanks in advanced.

If you can get into windows disable hibernation. Open a command prompt as admin type in powercfg.exe /hibernate off

I did update them. But the issue is still there. I am suspicious that one of my RAM sticks are causing it.

Test the ram with memtest / not the windows one
