Question Is 1 8-pin connector sufficient for a 12600k?

My motherboard, MSI PRO Z690-A DDR4, has 2 8-pins for the CPU, but I'm also buying a set of PSU extensions that only comes with 1 8-pin cable. Is 1 8-pin enough for the 12600k?
