Is 100% GPU fan speed safe?

I like to keep my gpu temperature as low as possible, so is keeping it at 100% under full load and 50% at idle safe? Will it damage the gpu or will it lessen the life span of the fans and if so for how long?

It will lessen the lifespan of the fans. You should create a fan curve instead of keeping it at a fixed 100%.

yes it is safe, to say it will annoy you to death with the noise it generates

the speed can be set to 0, if your gpu doesn't reach on idle or low load a 30 or 40°c

the gpu under load can reach 80¬ on heavy load, on there usually fans at 70% or higher are enough

remember that the fan speed is there to control heat but mostly noise
