Is 100% usage a problem?

I plan to buy the i5-6600 and according to Game Debate it will use 100% in the game that I will play the most. I'd like to know if that would be a problem, if it could cause the system to crash after many hours of gaming, if the cpu would overheat or something.

in a case like this, the temperatures would be likely to exceed normal operating temperatures or go much higher to say the least, but if someone should play a game; the CPU should be putting all its effort in to run the game. Are you able to provide the name of the game?
