is it compatible? should i go for mini 1050 ti or just 1050 ti?
Can i play witcher 3 and gta v with my build?

That setup is too weak for that type of gaming. Weak CPU , not enough memory\ram and card is also weak if chosen.

can you recommend a good yet cheap cpu which is compatible with my build? im also planning to buy another 4 gb ram...

You need a change in platform , not just a CPU and memory.
