is 145-200 ping good for multiplayer in bf4?

It's quite a bit on the long side. It's generally bad to have anything over ~50ms.

pingtest.net can give a little more information.

It depends on the server you are connecting to, i don't know how far the ping-test.net server is away from you. But 160-200 ping is indeed quite noticeable (0.2 seconds) .. Try connecting to a bf4 server that is located in your country or one near your country.. You might get some better results this way.

160-200 on bf4 makes you a dbag and very hard to hit since your latency will be so bad. I play on servers alot and there will be people with a 200 ping and a 50-3 score because noone can kill them because of their high ping. Play on a server thats closer to you because at that ping you will only be hated on whatever server it is.

the game hasn't reached yet to my home it will reach on 24th of march. But i have heard my friends get a stable 100ms in bf4 in the closest server. They live about 3-5 km from my house. Will i get the same ping?

Alot of it depends on your internet also. With my fios quantum 50/25 most of the serverz I see on my list are under 70ms ping and the close ones to me are single digits.
