i build this pc on my own and pick most part by myself but when choosing Psu i ask the seller and they told me to buy this psu
here pict, i dont have any issue right now i just wanna know.

Your question is relative to where you're located, what your budget was for the PSU and what sort of PSU's you had within that budget range not to mention the sort of brands you had access to due to your region.

That PSU you have, isn't something I'd call a reliable unit.

I would say that is not a good quality PSU.

This PSU is fine. It's made by Helly, which is the OEM for some Seasonic units too. It's pretty much the same like the Seasonic B12 BC series.
