is 1TB SSD enough for Main Gaming PC

Been thingking to upgade from 2TB HDD to 1TB SSD l mainly play games and not have any programs that take space

You can just put the os on the SSD and keep the 2TB hdd for programs.

yeah it should be plenty for games...assuming you don't load a ton of them like me (ie i have 4 SSDs 2 in raid 0 for os and 2 running alone for games/programs). point being it should work great but i do urge you to move your os to the SSD as you OS will run much smoother and faster still leaving a good amount of space for games.

Use both, one of my rigs I only have 2TB total (1TB M.2. SSD, 1TB SSD) and I'm running out of space. Only thing you gain from SSDs is loading times; I only put certain games on my SSDs on my main rig; the mass of them go on my 4TBs of HDDs.

Just curious, why do you need RAID0 for OS? Is the extra RAID0 speed worth it?

for me it is. higher risk losing data (which has happened from a raid crash)...but doubles my speed at a small latency hit.
