To be honest it will give you abit of extra performance then the 2080ti and I just pre ordered 3080 due to fact that the 30 GPU are made for the 4k and more just cant wait to test it out! Type in google 3080 4k and read some reviews about it!

Yes, definitely worth the upgrade, it's 20-40% real world fps gains over the 2080ti @4k. You could sell your 2080ti used and get most of your money back for the RTX 3080.
