[SOLVED] Is 2K good for a 24 inch monitor?

I am about to buy a general use(not competitive gaming) monitor. Dell U2417H (1920x1080) or Dell P2418D which is 2K. Should i go for the 2K. Will i have any problem loading a site or how it fits or with tired eyes?

I find 24" @1080P & 27" @1440P comfortable however there's other factors such as distance from you to the monitor. Both of those should be fine for websites, even larger 21:9 monitors work fine with sites.
