Is 300 wats psu enough?

Is 300 wats psu enough for this pc? http://www.pcworld.co.uk/gbuk/desktop-pc-monitors/desktop-pcs/desktop-pcs/acer-aspire-tc-605-barebones-desktop-pc-10011259-pdt.html#cat-0 I purchased this pc today it is arriving tomorrow I am not sure what wats psu it's got but many people say it got 300 wats psu I'm gonna be adding a gtx 660 ftw gpu to this pc would I be fine? If I need to upgrade psu what psu would fit in that case?

Would go with a 500W+ PSU to be safe though.

Its enough without the gpu. But if you add the gtx 660 your gonna want at least 450 watts.

the only gpu you could add to that system with a 300w labeled psu is a gtx 750ti. you cant run any gpu with supplementary power need, with that psu! i would recomment though an psu upgrade , as prebulit pc usually come with low quality psu!

No, it might not boot if it does then you will probably get blue screens all the time especially when the computer is under load. And it could damage your gpu cpu, motherboard or anything that is connected to the power supply. I wouldn't recommend it.

Given the normal abysmal quality of acers power supplies overloading the PSU could very well fry the entire system. If you want to run a 660in that system you will need a new power supply. I would suggest atleast a decent quality 500w.

According to Newegg, the GTX 660 FTW requires a minimum of a 450w power supply. So no, it's not enough 🙁
