Is 300w psu enough for rx460 oem?

Hello i have two way 12v(12v 18A , 12V 8A),so i want use rx460 oem.I think it spends less power than normal rx460.So can i play game with my system?And i have mini-itx motherboard(i don't know it is matter or not).And my system is 6 years old.
My System:
i5 2400 (95 watt)
Pegatron ipxsb h-61 motherboard
4gb ddr3 memory

Even if it's 70 or 75 watts....you have 300.....but I don't think it is.
