Is 35 degrees celsius too cool for running Prime95 for half an hour?

Today I just got the CM Hyper 212 evo cooler and i must say that the temps seem too good to be true. After installing the cooler and running prime95 to get the thermal paste to ease in. However, after half an hour of running prime95, the max temp was 35 degrees C on both Core Temp and HWMonitor. Is this really possible? I really would like to know if screwed something up and should reinstall the cooler. With my stock cooler, i got a max temp of about 53 degrees C on prime95.
Also, i am not overclocking ATM.
My specs:
cpu: FX-8320
mobo: Gigabyte 970a-d3p
RAM: Corsair Vengence(2x4Gb)

Seems low to me, but nothing to complain about if the readings are legitimate. Are you by any chance one of those scientists at the South Pole?

Edit: Since gamer had a similar experience it seems they are perfectly fine. I am still surprised they are that low, I'd at leas expect them to get into the 40s. But then again you have not OC yet.

HWMonitor tends to give inaccurate readings of load temperatures on AMD processors, use AMD overdrive to calculate load temperatures during stress testing as this is much more accurate.

Positive. I had both cpu meter and task manager up showing all 8 cores were at 100 percent.
