Is 350£ a good deal for a 1070ti?

I'm building a new pc. I was thinking about a gtx 1060 6gb (260£) but then I found a 1070 ti for 350£ 8gb.
Which one would be the best deal?

atm All good power GPUs are super expensive. Yes, 1070ti should be 400+ at least.
