Question Is 350W enough for 16gb ddr4, I5 6500, amd Radeon Rx 550, 256GB ssd and a 1TB hdd ?

Hello, I want to buy a gaming PC for ~500$, I found 2 pre-built PCs with the same components that match my expectations, but one of them have 550W PSU and the other one has 350W PSU. The one with 350W PSU is cheaper than the other one, now my question is: Is 350W enough ?

They don't specify the type and brand of the PSU, the only other thing they wrote is that it's silent.

No specific information in a purchase about the PSU is a red flag; neither should be purchased unless you're also prepared at the time of purchase to replace the PSU yourself. I've seen junk 350W and 550W PSUs with shockingly low +12V ratings, which is extremely crucial since the Pentium III era.
