Is 40-45C idle, 50-60C loaded normal for A10 6800k?

I have a Richland AMD A10 6800k, and when it's idle the temperature is between 40C-45C, and when I'm gaming it's usually between 50C-60C, depending on what game I'm playing. Most websites I've seen give 74C as the max temperature for this processor. Maybe I'm being paranoid here, but are these temperatures considered "normal", "typical", "acceptable" etc. for this processor? (I'm not overclocking, BTW)

Also, I've been giving my computer "cooling-off breaks" of 15-20min every few hours. With these temperatures, is this necessary?

If that is stock cooler, those are normal Temps.
