CPU: I3 10105f
GPU: RX 570
Mobo: H410M-E
Ram: 16GB

would a 450watt PSU be enough to power this setup?

That gpu is rated at about 150 watts.

450 should be "enough", but nobody knows whether you have a good, bad, old, or brand new power supply.

450w is enough but a VS450 is the bottom of the barrel quality PSU for an iGPU system. For a system with dGPU I recommand a better PSU, at least with DC-DC on the secondary side. That's Tier C and up in this list.
