Is 450 watts enough for a XFX Radeon HD 7870?

I'm currently running off of integrated graphics and I'm in desperate need of an upgrade. I've found a really good deal on a XFX Radeon HD 7870 but my problem is I don't know if I have enough power to supply it. My current setup is this

PSU: Corsair CX450m
MOBO: ASUS Prime B250-Plus
CPU: I5-7500
RAM: 2x 4GB G.Skill DDR4 Aegis 2400 MHz
SSD: Samsung 850 EVO 250 GB
HDD: Seagate Barracuda 1TB

Link to PSU :https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?item=N82E16817139146

I don't plan on overclocking the GPU (unless I can get away with it :p)
Thanks in advance for your help

I was hoping for this. I'd read in a couple of different places that the "minimum power requirements" are set set higher than the actual draw, which makes sense to avoid unhappy customers than fried their pcs or worse. I've used the calculator you linked and I even added in some additional fans just to stress it. It said I'd be using

Load Wattage: 362 W
Recommended UPS rating: 700 VA
Recommended PSU Wattage: 412 W

It then recommended me a 600w PSU to which I was like, hmm maybe the additional headroom is necessary. After that I removed the GPU and almost everything else from the calculator which obviously had significantly less wattage used and it still recommended the 600w PSU  this made me doubt the calculator, but if you've used theis card with a lower PSU I think I'll try it. Plus the card is only gonna cost €30 :D
