I am planning to upgrade my GPU to the RX 470, which I heard has the best price to performance ratio right now. Will the Corsair VS450 be enough for the RX 470? I may be planning to do some overclocks with the current PSU, but if my PSU isn't good enough for overclocking, then I suppose I can upgrade my PSU, but due to budget limits I prefer to stay with my current PSU.

specs:

CPU: i5 4440
Motherboard: ASRock H81M-DGS R 2.0
RAM: 8GB DDR3 (XMP config)
PSU: Corsair VS450
HDD: Seagate Barracuda 1TB
SSD: Kingston SSDNow UV400 120GB

If you need anything else, please let me know. Thanks!

Alrighty, I will be overclocking on the graphics card then, it's the only thing that I can overclock anyway, CPU and motherboard don't support OC'ing. If you are sure, I will proceed to buy the RX 470. Thanks!

I couldn't find what tier the VS series was. But I heard it was 3 or 4. Is that decent enough for the RX 470? I am just worried it may not be enough. My budget dictates my choices of PSU.
