Is 450watt Power Supply enough for a RX 580 4gb?

So, as the title said, i'm planning to upgrade my 1060 3gb to RX 580 card (4gb version to be exact). It's not a significant update but well, i bought a monitor with an AMD freesync so i dont want it to be wasted. Right now i have a 450watt Corsair VS Series in my PC, is that enough, or should i upgrade the power supply first?

These are my PC's specification :
- i5 6500
- MSI H110M PRO-VH motherboard
- 8GB RAM (Corsair VS series, single channel, i also want to upgrade this soon).
- Corsair VS450 power supply
- 3 unit of 1500 rpm fans

Thank you.

It should be enough to power it... Anyway... im not quite confident on Corsair Psus...
You can try powering it up and see if everything goes fine... Then, all Good.
If it dosent power up or you are experiencing black screens or shut downs i recommend to upgrade...
Anyways... lately seasonic 620W psus are very very cheap like 40-50 bucks so i would definitly go for that.
