Question Is 550w psu enough for RTX 2070 Super?

My current specs-
Cpu: i5-8400
Gpu: Gtx 1060 6gb
Motherboard: Msi b360m vh-pro
Ram: 16gb 2400mhz
Hdd: 2TB 7200rpm
Ssd: m2 sata
Psu: Antec NE550M (550w, 80+ bronze)
3x 120mm fans, & a normal cpu air cooler

I'm thinking of upgrading my gpu to RTX 2070 Super. Will my psu be enough if I don't change anything else? I'm not going to overclock anything. (Asking this because Nvidia user guide says minimum recommended psu is 650w, but online psu calculators are always showing me recommended wattage below 500w, & some other websites claiming that 550w is enough)

Yes it is , but that PSU isn't the greatest in terms of quality.
