is 5ms good for gaming?

my monitor is 5ms and im wondering if 5ms is a big delay or is it noticable on a 22 inch screen? im using it for gaming

What sort of games? What games? Competitive? Multi-player team?

For most ordinary games, 5ms is fine.

Day z, im more of a pvp er so i hope the delay dosent get me killed
