I would save up for a better GPU and place more RAM in now. The minimum the game asks for is 6GB which means that playing the game around medium settings should be fine. The game recommends 8GB which means you'll see better performance on the higher settings.
Well, I would have to say that your system may not be up to par with that game. The i5 is ok but your GPU may be holding you back. Your RAM could use a slight bump to 8GB if you can. I would advise buying a GTX 1050ti as that may be your best route if you really want to keep costs as low as possible. so you are pointing at the gpu not the ram but could the gpu be resulting this huge lag in this game specifically as i run bf1 and gta v on high to ultra settings on 45-60 fps 1080p ?

It's possible. Or, you may need to update your driver for the GPU. You can never have too much RAM, though!

tested a lot of drivers already but with no luck the maximum ram i could have is 8 giga i know but should it be enough for gaming without lags or should i save up for a new vga card ?
