Question Is $60 enough for a worthwhile upgrade?

Hello, this is my first time posting here and I hope I am doing it right. So recently my mom won a $60 giftcard for an electronic store and she gave it to me. Is there any PC part I can upgrade that would bring a noticeable increase in performance?

Approximate Purchase Date: This Thursday
Budget Range: $60 before shipping
System Usage from Most to Least Important: I mostly use my PC for gaming
Are you buying a monitor: No
Parts to Upgrade: CPU, SSD, Ram, MoBo, Case, Cooler
Do you need to buy OS: No
Please note that if you're using an OEM license of Windows, you will need a new one when buying a new motherboard.
Preferred Website(s) for parts:
evoMAG.ro
Location: Bucharest, Romania
Parts Preferences: AMD
Overclocking: Maybe
Multiple GPUs: No
Your Monitor Resolution: 1920x1080
Additional Comments: I currently own a Ryzen 5 1600x that I’ve had overclocked to 4GHz since 2018, an AMD Wraith Max cooler that came as a gift for buying that CPU, a PowerColor RX 6650 XT 8 GB GPU, 16 GBs of Corsair Vengeance 3000MHz RAM, MSI B450-A PRO MoBo, 1TB WD HDD, 500GB Kingston A2000 SSD and a Seasonic S12-II 520W PSU, all of these fitting into a Segotep And 8 case.
I recently upgraded my GPU with the idea that I can finally start catching up on playing major releases, like God of War or RDR 2. On the games I’ve tested and generally just using the PC, it runs well , but it’s not quite going over 100 fps (I have a 100Hz monitor). Is it justified in using those $60 in upgrading any part of my PC? I know I can’t go for AM5 without also changing my MoBo and RAM, but if I were to find an AM4 cpu, what is the minimum I should try to get? And if the CPU wouldn’t be worth changing, in which order should I swap my parts and go for something better?
And Most Importantly, Why Are You Upgrading: I have a giftcard that I can only use to buy stuff from the website I mentioned. I don’t need anything else at the moment, but if I were to use that giftcard for something it would be PC parts.

i checked some of the vendors in your country (more than a few actually)
and realistically not even ryzen 3600 fits into your budget really .
the cheapest one i could find would still cost you roughly about $70
(and that would be a tray version with no included cooler)
ryzen 5 3600 tray
ryzen 5600 is out of the question since in your country it costs twice as much
as your current budget can cover
(the only option is to be looking at some second hand market place)

the good news is i was able to find 3500x for just 175RON ( $40 )
ryzen 5 3500x (unlike 3600 it doesn´t support hyperthreading so all you get is a 6 cores / 6 threads cpu
but it will still be a signifcant upgrade in single core gaming performance over a 1st gen...
Your motherboard will support 2xxx Ryzen, but at the same time rather doubt that this local store would have anything left of that age. You could probably update BIOS to take something 3xxx and a 3600 would be a nice update. If the motherboard supports it, you may even be able to go 5600. Maybe something used?

I know nothing about your local market so that is pretty unhelpful as far as what those recommends might cost there.

it is also a tray version but the good news is that you have $20 to spare for (at least) a basic tower cooler .

if evomag is the only store you can use this gift card at than
your only real option would be to go for ryzen 3600 and cover the difference in cash
(which is about $20 more that the gift card will cover) :
ryzen 5 3600 box (good news is this is a box version , so cooler is included)

Okay, first off, thank you everyone for taking the time to answer!
So I have looked up my MoBo and it seems that with a BIOS update, it can take a 5600/5600X CPU. The thing is I can get a 3600 unused right now, should I save and wait for the 5600 which is priced at ~$90? And if I upgrade my CPU to any of these two, is my Wraith Max cooler enough? Or does getting a 5600 mean also changing to a better cooler?

The wraith will work fine with either of those cpu's.
