Is 600w Enough For an R9 390 ?

It's recommended to have 650W for a rig built on an R9 390 based on this PSU Requirement Chart. Note that it takes into account the other components powered by the PSU already with some additional headroom.

With a Gold rated PS like yours you should be fine. I ran an R9 290 on a Seasonic X560 Gold and it had no issues.
