Is 65-70c bad for long periods on my CPU?

So my current CPU is i5 4440, and it usually runs cool, reaching a max of 45-50C in winter, and can reach up to an absolute maximum of 70C when the summer temps reach above 40C (Australia). Would it be bad to run my PC on a hot summer day if my CPU runs that hot?

Edit: I am using an aftermarket cooler, not the stock one. The one I have is a vapor chamber + fan

Basic specs:
GTX 1060
12GB RAM
750W PSU
i5 4440

Nope, Intel chips don't even thermal throttle until you hit nearly 100C. Those aren't even particularly high working temps given your high ambient temperature. I would probably die from heatstroke at 40C before any Intel CPU would :V
