Hello. I'm a little over my budget. I want to buy the Deepcool CH510. This is the cheapest case with psu. Do you think 650 watts is ok?

Cpu: Ryzen7 7700X.
Gpu: PNY 4070.
Motherboard: MSI B650 Tomahawk.
RAM: Corsair Vengeance DDR5 CL30 6000MHz 2x16 GB.
SSD: Kingston KC3000 1TB.
Cooler: Deep cool LS720 SE 360mm.

i wouldnt chance it personally as i cant find recommended PSU wattage on their site i would go a 850w PSU just to overkill a bit
remember the PSU is the life blood of your PC to low wattage with some spikes and you can start running into issues !!

While that power supply isn't likely to destroy your system it's about as low end as usable ones get and it's not something I'd use. I'd highly recommend finding something better and if you need to make budgetary room you can ditch getting an AIO as a decent dual tower air cooler is more than enough for that CPU.

Never cheap out on PSU. Cheap PSU = blue smoke, and dead hardware.

I'd sympathize if you were running an RX6600 or an RTX3060, but a 4070 and 7700X? Like everyone else is saying, don't skimp out. Good PSUs also have good warranties (10 yr or more). That alone makes it worth the $70+ added cost.
