Is 70°C on 7700HQ idle normal??

There is something little bit odd with my laptop, idk if this normaly happend and i just notice or there is a problem ??
MSI GL62M 7RDX

What I suppose to do, fan curve ??, thermal paste change to better one ??
The fan was cleaned about couple days ago and runs hot.

Truly idle? No.

That being said, idle temps don't matter too much... within reason.

before i left my laptop, my cpu load was low and temp normal around 50 c, but i leave my home and comeback about 2 hour later i check the temp was 70 and there is "ti launcher" in task manager, idk what is that, i want to check ti launcher propeties the app dissapear, wtf is ti launcher, possibly cryptojacking ?? help

I have no idea what "ti launcher" might be.

A quick Google search brings up TLauncher, for Minecraft?
Or potentially some applications from Texas Instruments ("TI")....

either of those seem likely?

i have no idea, i'll try check the app later if it on again

the last spike prolly when i back home and check my laptop and the temp sit around 70
