First off: Considering that this is a $700 build, I'd rather the AMD processor.

I don't really like the H81 asus motherboard as it only supports 16GB. I plan to upgrade next time.

I already have a GTX 760 up there.

The NZXT is fine.
 
If this is for gaming, this is pretty unbalanced. You have a gtx 660 which will get you medium-ish settings at 1080p in new games and a high end CPU. It would be better to lower the CPU and get a better GPU.

Gaming is 80% GPU and only 20% CPU. Also, you will not need 16gb RAM for gaming for years let alone more so any 16gb max board is plenty.

Change to an fx-8320 (basically an 8350 minus some clock speed which can easily be clocked back) and use the saved money for a better GPU.

Also, the CX series is average at best. They are made with cheap capacitors that fail easily. Change it to a unit from Antec, XFX, Corsair (not cx), Seasonic.
