Question My PC turns off randomly with high CPU usage

My pc over the last 6 month has shut down randomly
The first time it has done this was the first time I swapped my ryzen 3 2300x with a ryzen 5 5600x around 3 years ago
However it only happened once but started again with started again with only first helldivers 2 but spread to other games
The CPU temps never go past 83 full stress
Games that are not CPU intensive are not effected
Does anyone know of a fix?

Main Specs:
CPU: Ryzen 5 5600x
CPU cooler: Wraith Stealth CPU cooler
Motherboard: asrock a320m-hdv
Ram: 2x Corsair Vengeance LPX 8GB DDR4 3200
SSD/HDD: 980 PRO w/ Heatsink PCIe® 4.0 NVMe® SSD 2TB
GPU: GTX 1060 founders
PSU: MSI MAG A750GL PCIE 5.1 & ATX 3.1 two days old
Chassis: some pre-build
OS: windows 10

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!

Main Specs:
Ryzen 5 5600x
GTX 1060 6gb founders
MSI MAG A750GL PCIE 5.1 & ATX 3.1

When posting a thread of troubleshooting nature, it's customary to include your full system's specs. Please list the specs to your build like so:
CPU:
CPU cooler:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
Monitor:
include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model. BIOS version for your motherboard at this moment of time.

The CPU temps never go past 83 full stress
Stressed by what?

Moved thread from CPUs section to Systems section.

I have found a fix of exporting (to save what you had before) and resetting bios and turning only Precision Boost Overdrive and XMF save state. However, I believe the core issue is a motherboard issue.

"The CPU temps never go past 83 full stress
Games that are not CPU intensive are not effected." I would still suspect this to be a temperature problem base on your description. You stress that the CPU temp never gets above 83. This temperature might be acceptable when your CPU was new, but not necessarily at the present time.. I'm assuming that the susceptabiliy to temperature problems increases with the age of one's components. Every parameter is subject to degradation with time. It would be good if you could pinpoint the problem by somehow providing better cooling in the CPU area and then running your tests to see if performance improves or is affected in any way.
