Is 73 Degrees Celsius Good For A Slightly Overclocked G1 GTX 970

i own a G1 GTX 970 and I recently Overclocked it to a little over 1500MHz, I added +265 to the memory and maxed out the Power Limit as well. I ran Unigine Heaven for about 20 Minutes and the GPU Temps maxed at 73 Degrees. This seems to be pretty consistent with my GPU temperatures while gaming as well(Although I get oddly high temperatures in the Witcher 3 for some reason). Is this Ok, Should I be worried about this, The card performs great!
