I am planning on building my own gaming pc I want it to have a gtx 1080 ti, a i7 8700k Coffee Lake 3.7ghz (unlocked)(overclocked 4.7ghz), an msi z370 carbon pro ac motherboard, gskill tridentZ rgb 4x8gb, a Samsung 960 evo 500gb ssd, and the power supply would be the EVGA 850W G3 for 160$ but I don't know if that is enough our should i get the 1000w G3? and also I wanted to use the Kraken x72 aio is this one ok? or could you recommend me a better water cooler? or if i should use fans (are rgb good?) and I want to ad rgb lights, and could you recommend a case i don't have the "one" yet, I want it to have glass so that i can see all the components and the lights through it

https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817151201 will handle that system with ease. Actually the 650W Focus could handle that system. It would use MAYBE 500W at full load on everything which is probably never going to happen. It also comes with a 7 year warranty.

I have an EVGA 1080 Ti Hybrid and it uses more power than other 1080 Ti. Anwers, not guesses.

Also I was thinking I might do 1080 sli or 1070 ti sli because 1080 ti sli is ver expensive and also I wanted to see which is better between a custom water cooling loop and an aio like the Corsair or the kraken x72

An 850W PSU is necessary.

Start with the Kraken or Corsair. A custom loop can be better but costs a lot more and requires regular maintenance.

Custom water loop is always the best but as one guy said it is more expensive and require maintenance. But done right you can build very powerfull system and make it extreamly quiet at the same time.

850W is enough for your system.Look around for No fan mode PSUs.For example Corsair RM850 fan start to spin after 50% power load. Before that it is completely quiet(i cant really comment on fan noise since i never seen that one spining :D)
