Is 8ms bad for gaming on this panel?

So I was planning on getting this monitor but it says that it has an 8ms response time, is this bad?

If it is, are there any suggestions for lower ms with the same quality of panel and yes, I'm fine with the 60hz.

Response time is not really very meaningful. Gaming on the U2414H is fine. It's a bit of an older model though (2013), it's replacement the U2417H is usually at a similar price.
