[SOLVED] is a 1000va voltage regulator enough for my pc?

So I'm using a voltage regulator, only 1000va for my pc, my machine is not that good, only a ryzen 5 2600, nvidia 1070 gtx, 16 ram and a 24 monitor, but i'm not sure about the voltage regulator, i have a fan in the same regulator and when I turn it on, my screen goes black for a second, so i'm thinking it might not be enough, what should i do?

WHY are you using a voltage regulator in the first place?

Where are you and what PSU are you using?

Why would you plug a fan into a voltage regulator?
