Is a 2GB R9 270X enough for dual monitors?

I am planning on building a gaming pc soon, and I was originally planning on getting an R9 280 which came with 3 free games, but I saw that if you buy the R9 270X at BestBuy you can get 4 free games, but it is $20 more expensive. So which one should I get?

If the extra game is important to you, get the 270X. And yes, you can run 2 monitors off the 270X. One to game on and one for desktop work.
