Absolutely not enough. You are going to want a quality 650w, for such a card.

And the GTX 770 has a higher wattage rating than a 6700xt, or a 3070. Your 1050ti is a 75w card, with the GTX 770 being a 230w card.

I'd say a 500w or so would be minimum for your system. 550-600 recommended

Nothing. The problem is that you probably don't understand that 1050 Ti is 3 generations newer than 770. A GTX 1000 series vs GTX 700 series.
