My PSU is Antec bp450s, and I want to get the asus radeon rog strix rx 570 4GB.
Will it work properly?
No OC, my CPU is i5 7400.

You're missing the point. While lesser power draw CAN help a crappy PSU survive, its not guaranteed.

The existing PSU is bad for your system, period. It may die quicker with a more power hungry video card, it may not.

It may last longer with less demand on it, it may not. It may die, or possibly cause damage, today or tomorrow, even.

The question is: why are you so willing (eager?) to cling to a questionable power supply that has a chance of damaging your system?

Because I once tried to put a new PSU and I failed...
Then I had to wait for a friend to help...
He's now living overseas...
I just don't want to do this to prevent destroying my PC.

The PSU will handle it, it may give you issues in the future, but then again it may not. Make sure it's all under warranty and worry about it when something happens. Dont get a 1050 ti though, sure its low power but its a terrible value, same for the rx 560 and gtx 1650. You could also look for a used rx 480 or 1060 6gb, ive seen those for as low as 80 USD recently, but they may put more of a strain on the PSU. Personally, id roll with it until i had the money or need to replace the psu later, or it popped, then deal with the consequences at that point.

Also, a quick guide for replacing your power supply for the future, there are also loads of videos on youtube to help you out, dont be afraid of your computer though, you wont break it by touching it, just dont manhandle it. Also if its doesnt slide in easily, dont force it, check your orientation, and try again, forcing things will likely break them.

I decided, at last not to upgrade my GPU, but wait until something new would be out, or just get a new PC with a GTX 1070 that a friend built for me online.
I only play FHD though... I am pretty easily satisfied. it costs about 950$.
If you think I should just stick to the plan and risk with the 570 tell me.
Otherwise, I'll get a new babe.

Honestly the safest bet is to wait until you replace that PSU with a good quality unit, or get a new build that also has a good quality unit. As for whether or not to roll the dice, that's entirely a personal decision, you know the risks at this point.
