Hey guys, I'm upgrading my GPU and I wanna know if I can get away with my XFX XT 80 PLUS BRONZE 500w PSU without upgrading it. I'm planning to get a RTX 3060ti or RTX 3070.
I'm on a tight budget so currently I could upgrade either the gpu or the power supply, not both. Do you think it is better to buy a power supply of about 850w to have plenty for future improvements and then with savings plus the money I can get from selling my current gtx 1060 6gb buy the new GPU?

Sorry for my English, it's not my first language.

Specs:
Ryzen 5 3600 OC 4 Mhz
Gtx 1060 6gb ------> UPGRADE: RTX 3060TI OR 3070
AsRock b550m pro4
8GB DDR4 3200 Mhz x2
HDD 1TB
SSD 256 GB
ID COOLING SE 224 XT
3 Case Fans
XFX XT 500W Plus Bronze

Solution
The 3060 Ti recommends at least 600w. The 3070, at least 650w.

I would not recommend using with your current PSU.

Yes, having a quality, higher capacity PSU (like the aforementioned 850w one) would give you flexibility for future upgrades.
