Is a 550w PSU enough or do i need a 650?

My psu on my old pc, doesnt work properly anymore, so i need to get a new one. problem is, i dont know if a XFX ProSeries Core Edition 550W is enough, or if i need the 650W model.
I have atm:
Asus P7H57D-V/EVO
Geforce gtx 460
4x Kingston HyperX 2GB DDR3, 1600Mhz
Samsung 1000GB, 7200rpm
approximately 3 year old Intel i7 processor (cant find the exact name, because i cant start the computer atm)
Also im thinking of buying a new GFX soon, nothing crazy, a 770 or one of the lesser R9's.
Will a 550W be enough?

Yes the XFX will be enough, also it is psu of excellent quality.

Yes a 550W will be enough as long as you don't get an R9 290, R9 290X or a very overclocked R9 280X.
