[SOLVED] Is a 550W PSU too much if my pc only needs 400W ?

I am choosing parts to build my first PC and I so far these are the specs I have chosen :

MSI B450 Tomahawk motherboard
Ryzen 5 2600
ZOTAC RTX 2060 AMP (clock speed:1800)
2x Kingston D4 2666 8gb value RAM (total 16gb)
WD GREEN 3D NAND 240GB M.2 SATA SSD
WD BLUE 3.5" SATA HDD 1GB
Phanteks Eclipse P400S case

I'm on a tight budget so I am only using the stock fan that comes with the ryzen cpu.
After putting the parts into the Cooler Master PSU Calculator site ( http://www.coolermaster.com/power-supply-calculator/ ) it said the Load Wattage is 400W and recommended is 450W.
Should I get a 450W or a 500W or a 550W PSU, and could you recommend a good quality affordable one ?

I have found a Cooler Master MWE EU Green 450W which is cheap, is this a reliable PSU or is it bad because it is cheap ? It also has 500W/550W variants. What about the Cooler Master MasterWatt Lite (500W), which is slightly more pricy ? There is also the MWE Bronze which is 550W and even more expensive.

Thank you for taking the time to help out :)

Solution
There;s no such thing as "too much" - a PSU is only going to provide what a system needs.
Could be a waste of money if you overspend on, say a 1600W unit for a <500W system

As Blackbird mentioned, neither is particularly good.

Where are you located, OP? Regional availability varies quite dramatically.
In a lot of regions, the CX550/M are the best value for the quality you're getting.
In areas with limited supply/availability, the older S12II or M12II (520W, 620W) from SeaSonic are quite affordable, and substantially better quality than a lot of the units available, albeit a dated platform.

Solution
So far I can only find Corsair CXM 450 and 650 (no 550 in stock) in my region. Is the 650 okay ? Also, I cannot find Seagate at all. The only other brands I can find are ThermalTake, EVGA, Silverstone and FSP.

I live in Malaysia.
