Question Is a 600W Power Supply enough?

I just bought some parts to assemble a pc for the family. It will only play videos, music, browse the internet, some apps for taxes and such. I have a 600W PSU laying around but i wasn't sure if it would be enough or not. What are your thoughts? The parts are:

Motherboard: MSI Pro B760M-P DDR
CPU: Intel i5 12400F
GPU: Asus ROG Strix RTX 2070 OC
Ram: Silicon Power 3200MHz (PC4 25600) 2x16GB
Hard Drive: Crucial P3 Plus M2.NVME and a 2TB SSD external drive.

Do you think the 600W PSU is enough? From the calculator i checked it was pretty close but worked... but i wanted the pros opinions to make sure i don't break any parts due to low voltage.

The question wouldn't be if it can by purely wattage, because it can. The question would be WHICH power supply model, and how old it is.

It's an old Raidmax Cobra Power 600W 80+ bronze model RX-600AF-B . It's most likely 10+ years old.

Guessing this is not good news?

That thing was not good when it was brand new.

I would throw it in the trash can as soon as possible but not before destroying it with a hammer just to make sure nobody finds it and get the idea of using it.

Trying to get a budget friendly decent power supply then, any chances you know some that could work?

The first and most important rule of PC building is to never cheap out the PSU since it's the only part in a computer that can destroy all the others (and potentially set your house on fire). Yours was already bad when it was new, and it's now 10 years old. It's a big nope!

According to what I read Gigabyte PSUs are not great. I would rather go for a Seasonic Core V2 GX-650 or, if you can spend a little more, a Corsair RM750X.
