Hi, have been slowly gathering money for several weeks, and I'm already halfway to having enough for an RTX 2060.

question.. my PSU is 600w, is it enough to run an RTX 2060 properly? My current GPU is a 1050ti, and it runs just fine.

well, if 600w is not enough.. then will just buy a GTX 1650 instead.

Solution
Actually I have measured Power draw of RTX 3060 Msi Ventus Edition.. which was 200 watts max.. (I tested 12v Current through PCIe power connector and also measured PCIe Slot power.. which was 60 watts at max.. while PCIe power connector was supplying 160-155 watts... And let me make it more clear.. these Cards can actually pull more power like 400 watts for short time.. that can cause system shutdown immediately.. I would say.. a Good 600 watt PSU can actually handle even RTX 3070 (I was using 750 actually for RTX 3060 LHR) but crap PSU can't handle even a 1660 super.. (if it's too cheap)

I recommend to have Coolermaster MWE 650 V2 Bronze or Corsair CX650 Minimum for RTX 2060 (if your card is Factory OCed) If it isn't an OC version.. a...

So My answer is Yes.. if your PSU is good Know one...

thanks for the replies.. ok, here's the full story.

several weeks ago. I talked to the staff at the pc store of a local mall.. they're selling a 2060 for 600$, and if I add 150$ more, they would also give me a brand new mobo with a 10600k installed already, to partner with the 2060. Now, the only problem is what PSU to use.. my budget gaming pc (on sig) is using a 600w P-Ful https://www.openpinoy.com/shop/step1.php?number=15130 - it's not a well known brand, but it has not given any problems with the games I play (everything runs smoothly). If could buy the 2060, the plan is to test the 2060 in the budget gaming pc to see if the 600w PSU can handle it.

ok, appreciated. I'll remember those PSU suggestions.

That is nothing close to a 600 watt power supply more like 250 watt on the 12 volt rail I would not use that with a video card.

This one?
It has 216W on 12V rail. Basically 250W PSU.
RTX 2060 requires minimum 500W good quality PSU. Connect it to this garbage PSU and you can expect fireworks.
