As title says: I want to build a GTX780 SLI for The Witcher 3, and I wanted to know if my actual PC supports this or if I have to buy a lot of new parts, and I figured I'd be able to find guys with knowledge here.
(Also, I am sorry if I picked the wrong category. Don't really know as what this counts..)

I currently have:
CPU: i7-3770k
RAM: 8GB
GPU: EVGA GTX780 ACX SC
Mobo: AsRock Z77 Extreme 4 (should support SLI)
PSU: 750W (Don't know the brand)
Case: Sharkoon Tauron

I planned to buy a good 850W PSU and a second GTX780. Will this work? And if, is a 850W PSU enough for it?

Solution
Yes, you will be able to, no problems there.
You need a minimum 800w PSU to SLI 780's, so yes, a good branded 850w PSU would definitely do the job.
I'd recommend you to get a 850w XFX, though you can also get a Corsair, Seasonic, Antec, as they're great PSU's as well.

Thanks, I just ordered the 850w XFX PSU, the specs of it seem good.
