Is a ASUS M5A78L-M/USB3 compatible with a AMD FX 8320?

Im upgrading and dont want to pay for a new motherboard, will it work fine with the FX 8320 and a nvidia 660 ti?

I just updated to this version:
M5A78L-M/USB3 BIOS 1503

you 100% sure? a few of places seem to sell them together as a bundle:

The ASUS website also says the are compatible (i think?)

and since i am on bios 1503 surely it should work? but then again i have no idea what im talking about
