Is A circle Company A good Brand

hey i had got my Pc on my 2012th birthday. it has cabinet and psu of Circle . Cabnet is a classic old style but i want to know is circle a good company in Psu Because if its not then i have to buy a new Psu. Can anybody tell the answer

Yes, that card uses about 30w max.
