is a cx600 corsair good enough for a asus gtx770?

Hi, i am with some problems in my computer.sometimes it doesnt start and when he starts after a while he shuts down and appears a message in my screen:

"Power supply surges detected during the previous power on asus anti-surge was triggered"

Well in theory the CX600w should work, as it does on my system, however, in this case it clearly isn't. You may want to search that warning message into google and just say something like, how to solve. This is kind of where my expertise ends.

Should be ok, just make sure if anything goes wrong after that it's probably because you turned it off.

A CX600 is a budget power supply with cheap capacitors , I wouldn't run a 770 with it.
