16gb ddr4 ram
and I want to be able to overclock and play any game I want. Is this psu good enough?

The EVGA B units are not good. They're made by HEC which is a very low tier manufacturer. The aforementioned Seasonic unit is a much better unit, but it's based on an old platform. The Seasonic Prime and Focus series are much better units.
