[SOLVED] Is a GT 1030 strong enough to use for a projector?

Hi so im just wondering if a GT 1030 is good enough to connect to a projector via hdmi? I will be replacing my dads rx 580 for a different build as it doesnt even get used to its full potential and replacing it with that 1030 instead, he has a projector that he uses at times for movies and etc and is connected by hdmi, the title basically says it all as im not sure how good the 1030 is ( I know the rx 580 is much stronger but as i said its for a different build)

really the built in gpu is plenty for that if the cpu has it
