Is a GTX 980ti worth it at £350?

Hi guys,
there is currently a 'buy it now' offer for a Gigabyte Xtreme for £350.
Just wondering if it is worth it.

I'd rather get a 1070 for £25 more to be honest, but basically the same performance as a 1070 as of now for £350 isn't a bad deal at all.

go for it. 1070 and 980ti have basically same performance. But Nvidia has stopped the 900 series driver updates. So you have to use legacy updates for 980ti, however that is a really good price for a 980ti

You need to bear in mind that the 1070 and the 980 Ti are similar in terms of performance as of now, but only the 1070 will get support going forward, it has more VRAM clocked higher, dynamic allocation/reallocation as opposed to static allocation/reallocation in Maxwell, and some other tecnologies.

G1 1070 is or was last I check in stock and 450 dollars on ebay from many people.

Is it worth 100 more? Probably not.. lol Go for the 980 Ti

The price gap between the 980 Ti that OP is looking at and the cheaper 1070's isn't as large as $100 in the UK.
